How Can i create a multiple nodes connected with eachother?

Question

Lets say My case is Drug verification from Manafacturer to User through Blockchain,

I want to create block when my Manafacturer creates the medicine , with hash value of in the medicine stored in the stream

Then When Wholesaler mines it block to the chain and verifies the hash value and so on.

How can be this achieved?
