I received my ACOT order yesterday and one of the items I bought was crushed in the mail. I also picked up some of their pens (I kept forgetting to add the codes at check out and a few months appealed to me) and one was dried out on the fine side, the side I'm most likely to use for journaling (in all honesty, I picked up more pens because I love how well the red one I have from Christmastime last year, I think, works). I usually just request a credit for a future purchase but I really wanted the purple pen to use for journaling (I mean, hello...I bought Cedar Lane in this order so of course I have a use for a purple journaling pen, haha!!) and loved the item that got crushed in the mail so I asked for replacements and I already have a shipping notice for both items! Customer service here is so refreshing!!

I agree. The one time I had a small issue with an order customer service replied so fast it made my head spin. That's why I'm such a loyal ACOT shopper.

I received my replacements today (hubby checked the mail after work last night and it was on my desk this morning...but technically they arrived yesterday, haha). The marker works perfectly and the item that was crushed was also in perfect shape. It wasn't anything big (size wise) but rather than put it in an envelope and risk the crushed item having a repeat accident, they put it in a box!!!!! <3

Seriously best customer service and shipping times ever. I am like you, I keep forgetting to add the marker code every month. Are older markers still available? And don't you love that Cedar Lane collection?! It is on the top of my wish list.
