 Most definitely harrassment!  Creepy too!  Anything {sexual} that makes someone uncomfortable in the office/workplace is considered sexual harrassment.

 That's horrible.  It's been so long since I've worked on any of these type cases; y'all should go talk to a lawyer to see what he might need to do.  I'm sure there are a lot of attorneys that would offer you a free consultation.

 it sure is, especially if it makes him uncomfortable and they know he is uncomfortable, yet they still do it  (have to watch a video on it at work every year - all the people loook like the ast from the Brady Bunch - who would harass them  )

 I think your husband needs to have a private little chat with any other workers that have heard them do this about are they willing to testify to higher management about hearing this.  You might also try and find the $$$ to get a little recorder for him to carry in his pocket and see if he can get them on tape, too.  You do need to descretely find out what the company policies are about doing that, as well as any laws.  I've worked in some places (secure areas at NASA) where it would be a federal offense to bring a recording device in without prior approval.

 Ok, if I were him, I'd try to somehow record the conversation!  Of course, if he takes his complaints to higher ups, his boss is just going to deny everything.  If you record it - well, there ain't much doubt, now is there!?  Oh, and also, if you decide to sue, you've got solid evidence!

 What the heck!!  Do they think they are being funny?  Sounds pretty rude and inappropriate to me; I'd say definitely, sexual harrassment.  Kind of sick and disgusting, too.

 Absolutely harassment!! Some people have trouble drawing the line between casual and professional behaviour. But talking about someones private parts is waaay across it!!

OKAY, have him call the boss's boss on his cell phone.....before he goes near that couple.....and have the cell phone "concealed" so that it could be heard......by someone else.......or speaker phone....or something, man!!!!

 it is definately harrassment and in the company i used to work for repeatedly doing that would get you fired.  i actually knew a guy who got fired because he said something to the person once and about the person to someone else who both turned him in...there was no leniency...too bad too he had been there 15 years
