my wire on my trimmer started fraying badly and bunching up......put a warranty claim in with photo documentation etc.........a couple of weeks ago.......get an email saying they will honor the warranty blah blah blah
in todays mail I get a new flippy guard bar thingy.........UMMMMMMMM not the problem...LOL
someone dropped the ball on that claim...now I get to call them in the morning.......weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Mine broke and they sent me a brand new trimmer. I haven't had any problems with it, I think they just made some that were flawed.

yup I had a bad one before....Joann's replaced that one.......now its Fiskars turn...LOL it gets LOTS of use..hehe
well isnt that dandy. I got one of those fiskars triple track cutters with the wire thingie recently because Fiskars quit making blades for my old cutter. hmmmm I have this to look forward to. ppppfffttt

not necessarily.....just make sure you are keeping your cutting blade on the correct side....this happened because I got a kink in mine from it bouncing over the wire............truthfully prob my fault...lol
okkkkk prob solved.......they sent me the wrong bar..........one without a wire...LOL they are going to send me the right one...all is well in the world!
They sent me 3 the last time I emailed them I was having to email once a month Got tired and asked if they would send me more then one
