Welcome @nne to WCG. Visited the links in your signature.... like it. We hope that your 6th BOiNC project becomes your only project! By Dec.31, 2006 we should have a 5th life science objective running here.... in alphabetical order: 1. Fighting AIDS @ Home (referred to usually as FAAH or sometimes FA@H) 2. Genome Comparison (FCG, which as is comes from Fiocruz and on their site is called Comparitive Genomics) 3. Help Defeat Cancer (HDC) 4. Human Proteome Folding Phase 2 (HPF2) 5. New Project Don't hesitate to ask questions u feel are not answered on this forum in previous posts. I'm glad you like them. :) As I already said in another post, I don't discriminate between my projects. My five firsts are as important to me as this new one. I chose to focus on the disease fight projects, aids and cancer, leaving the "hard sciences" to who are interested in them. Hi @nne,
----------------------------------------Myself, I'm a pure life science person.... see that L@H is on hiatus **, so would have considered that. Rosetta been crunching in sharetime, as that is the developing project for the Human Proteome Folding 2 we're running here. ciao edit: On closer look, seems it was only a suspension due disk problem..... they are interesting also because they've got this virtual pipe running to the close-by labs under the Gran Sasso (big rock) shooting particles and see what arrives here.

It's simple : I used to chose Anne for my username on all the BOINC forums. It worked perfectly, until I joined this project. When I entered Anne as the choice for my username, I was answered that it was unavailable. Anne is my first name and I like it. I don't like to use nicknames, so I adapted, and Anne became @nne ... That's all. And I changed all my BOINC usernames to @nne, too !  Have a good Sunday, |

Hello ! I'm new at WCG and just wanted to say "hello!" to everyone. :) WGC is my sixth project as a BOINC user. I'm French, almost fifty and happy to be of some help to the scientific community.
