I recently added a second device, it shows up fine in the Device Manager but it is not in the Device Statistics page and shows only 1 device there also under My statistics it shows only 1 device. The agent shows as running on that machine with results returned. Any ideas why it would not show up on the Device Statistics page? (I recently installed it 2 days ago so I suspect maybe a delay?)

Hi Giroml,
----------------------------------------It's UD agent? There is a 6 hour delay, update 0, 6, 12, 18 hrs UTC, and will only show up after the first Result has been returned is my best guess. If u add up the results of the 2 agents, do they come close to the sum of the statistics under 'my grid' ? cheers
