Changing devices

Hi everyone,

I just installed the UD- Agent and want to change my Storage Device. Although i more than a 100GB of free HD- Memory, the Agent only uses 0.98GB. I changed the Device in my Profile here on the Server to 10GB, but it doesnt change anything.

thank u for helping

Andreas

Re: Changing devices

Hi Andreas,

If the 'doesnt change anything' is meant to be what u see in the Agent, it's because that will not get updated until the current Work Unit is finished. Than it will retrieve the preferences from the device profile to your computer.

cheers

Re: Changing devices

the project really isn't using anywhere near that much right now.

by raising it, you make it available 'just in case', and you get a higher machine rating.

but right now it means nothing.
