the wcg client seems to download data (bytes are counted) but then i get a message that the agent is paused. why is that?
my device id is 444103 |

DanAvni, welcome back to WCG ** and to the forum...your first post hits on the most of the most frequent asked question......minimum system requirements if its receiving 3657 of 3657 bytes (or something similar).....plz read the many posts and this:

the wcg client seems to download data (bytes are counted) but then i get a message that the agent is paused. why is that? my device id is 444103 I looked your machine up in the logs and your machine does qualify for the projects, but the logs show the research app is crashing or being stopped by something. Please check your firewall, spyware, antivirus, and DEP settings. If you need more assistance, please use the "contact us" support link. |
