Hey all, I recently installed an agent on my computer at school. But for some reason now there are about 3 or 4 devices in my device profile instead of just the two that should be there....I was wondering how I would go about deleting the devices that I want to.
I was also wondering why it does not say I have more than 1 device installation in my profile?? Thanks Rob |

Hello Goosey,
Each device installation is assigned a unique ID number. After 2 weeks, any device ID that does not communicate with the server will disappear from your list unless you use the drop-down menu to see it. The server will still keep track of it; it just will not clutter up your list. Lawrence |
