Before my hard drive crashed a few months ago, UD agent constantly ran on my system at 100%; I know this because I have a WinBar at the top of my screen which constantly displays the percentage of CPU power that is being used at any given time, and when UD would be running, WinBar always showed a constant 100%. In addition, the task-manager icon was always a solid green square (indicating 100% usage). Since replacing my drive and reloading everything, both of those indicators fluctuate and frequently jump around between 50% and 80%, and very seldom EVER reach 100%. I've tried to find a setting on UD to fix this; I have the maximum amount of hard drive space allocated to this, just the same as before.
Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. I'm still wasting a lot of crunching power. Thanks. Bill Velek |

Thanks, Sekerob. That was so easy to fix that I'm kicking myself for not asking about this earlier. Anyway, now that I'm back to 100%, I'll soon be able to compare my stats and see how much of a difference this will make. Hopefully I'll get a lot more work done for WCG.
Cheers. Bill Velek |
