Unable to process Task date. Backing off....

I'm running a HP Pavillion with an Intel Celeron 733mhz, 384mb of Ram, and Windows ME. I've run UD before on this computer, but I can't get it to do anything now. I keep getting the error in the Topic.

I got that once too back when I was using UD. As I recall, the only thing that fixed it was uninstalling UD and reinstalling.

Re: Unable to process Task date. Backing off....

If you are running UD and not WCG then maybe you have your profile set to HPF only which has finished. If you are running WCG then maybe you have your profile set to HPF2 only which is suspended....

Thanks. It was Mcafee's Internet SecuritySuite that was blocking the UD Agent. It's up and running again. biggrin
