My agent seems to be stuck at the screen "Waiting for Docking Completion" and it's been there a LOOOOONG time.
1. What does the message mean? 2. How can I help it along if it all? Thanks in Advance. |

Hi Larry Schodts, If the percent is at zero, and the graphics screen displays that message for a long time like >30 minutes CPU time u can see in taskmanager (not wallclock time), it looks like u have a problem with the particular WU. Go to taskmanager and kill the process: ud_8401401.exe (or something that looks like that or alternately WCGrid_Autodock.exe). Then it should automatically fetch a new work unit.
----------------------------------------Added: Forgot to answer part 1: It's the initial set-up phase of any work unit before it can display the graphics....it's analogue to binoculars....need focusing, before u can home in on the targets. ciao Wenn Sie Deutsch sprechen duerfen sie es auch so fragen.....World Community Grid ist es hier.
