thanks for all replies.

if i recall correctly, i did go back and forth from the main screen to the graphics screen but the graphics did not start up. i imagine if anyone sees this problem, you can suggest
restarting wcg or restarting the computer as i did. or just let it progress...

what is the easiest way to get the device ID # on UD agent? i named this one "laptop".
