rose Question about Cancer Project

Are we analyzing HUMAN microarrays or are we looking at say, mouse gliomas, beagle mammary tumors, etc? i.e. are we analyzing a human model or an animal model?

Re: Question about Cancer Project

The tissue samples are all from human patients.

One of the goals of the project is to correlate cancer sub-types with successful treatments, so the researchers have full treatment course and outcome details for each sample we are crunching.
