No one except myself is entering so I'm giving up on the competition
----------------------------------------The submit a logo option will remain and as new logo's get entered then I'll add them to the possibles that you could use to promote the the wcg in the spread the word on the wcg feature. I've been doing some more coding tonight for the page so you will start to see some small improvements to the stats and capabilities on offer Keep checking back to http://www.wcgwiki.org/spreadtheword/top10.cfm Thanks Dave ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by David Autumns at Aug 5, 2006 10:49:32 PM] |

Great news at keeping the Logo competition running David! I see the 'Spread the word on the WCG - Statistics' list is growing and that's a good thing. Just going to take a little time to get those artists here out of the woodwork I think. Inspiring job mate.

Inspiring job mate. +1 WCG would spread over the world only if it covered also other languages like SETI@home does There are so many people who aren't good at English or who hate English lol |

Could anyone tell me which software or images are best to make banners? I tried to make on GIMP, but it's very difficult without knowledge and great software (and of course technique). Vague images hit upon me, but I cannot demonstrate them on my computer
I'd like to know which websites provide us free but great software and copyright-free pictures, graphics or illusts. It should be free. I cannot spend much money on making graphics. Thanks, |

If anyone is lost for ideas, the letters W C G and what is depicted inside this BOINC banner sample, not tm'd, can tell a story of how to put deceases in a vise.
