Welp, after reading a few topics... it would appear that no admins even reads these forums hehe. In any case. The WCG people should approach colleges to try to get them on board. Most colleges have hundreds of computers that are on 24/7 but not user nearly that much. This, of course, brings up the issue about whether or not WCG has the ability to run while the computer is "logged out." I'd imagine that, currently, it does not. Seems like it should be possible though. A "large network" edition of WCG could be put out that has the added functionality of allowing it to be installed across a network from a central PC and the ability to run while the computer is "logged out".
