----------------------------------------Just to clarify the point on multiple accounts on a PC. The agent only runs when you are logged in when you log out its stops. However on an OS like XP Pro (unfortunately not XP Home) its is possible to have multiple accounts and still have WCG agent run all the time. I have my logging on my PC as "Dad" and when my kids log over me into their accounts instead of selecting "log off" they select "switch user". My account keeps on crunching WCG and they can run any applications they need separately in their area of the PC. This is a feature called fast user switching Another trick is to use TweakUI or some other shell modification tool. To set up an autologon account so that when the PC reboots it logs back in as "Dad" and launches the agent from the startup directory. This saves you lost processing time if theres a power cut or your PC reboots due to the vagaries of Windows. Otherwise windows just stops at the login screen and as the agent is not a windows service (without workrounds using srvany.exe) crunching does not start until you manually log back into your account. Hope this is of assistance Dave |

The only thing I can think of is I tried to get the computer to run as a user vice Admin and it wouldn't work it errored out, so I just run as Admin. There is a process for today which is almost done. After it completes I'll guess I'll try to uninstall and reinstall the agent to see what happens. This is probably it. If a workunit errors out, no credit is given. As explained on the Points System page, the stats are currently updated every 24 hours, unless there happens to be an issue, in which case it'll happen after the problem is resolved.
