confused Help! Stuck Job 39hrs+ 0% progress

Hey Techs:
I am having the 'stuck' problem with my current work unit/job. It shows 39 hr 30 min and still ticking but the task progress has not gone past 0%. I am using the UD agent running Proteome_folding_2.
Agent version 3.0 (2844)
Device ID 347381

I hope this info can help you find the problem. I will leave it running as long as I can. If you need any further info let me know.

and they can tell us where to find the name/number of the work unit too, to report that info.

i haven't figured out how that is done yet.

Hello jholdren,
Go ahead and use Task Manager to terminate wcgrid_Rosetta. If you like, report the stuck unit in this thread ( http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=7868 ) with the problem, Device ID, and download time, which is in My Grid - Device Manager - Device Statistics, which has the time you sent back the previous work unit.

We have plenty of problem work units to help with debugging, but it never hurts to report more.

If they want us to move over to BOINC why dont they just say so Its pissing me off wasting cpu time all of my UD agents dont show any progress
