Installed the program twice now but both time it downloads a workunit and the just sits saying "primary task is executing...."
What can i do? the timer is going but nothing else is happening!  |

Have you clicked on the little i button if you can see the whirling colourful molecule thingy then welcome on board everythings working A OK. Work Units can take days to complete so don't worry if it appears nothing is happening. Launch Task Manager you should see your CPU running flat out.

Because it had the ... on the end of primary task is executing I was waiting for the msg to change to something like primary task is running! I clicked the "i" and have my molecule... i have been running 3 hours + and have completed 1.6% so I guess ive got a big one! Thanks again Jon |

No Problem
----------------------------------------Running the Agent with the pretty protein molecule looks cool but also uses your processors power to display it. If you want to get through the most Work Units its best to either minimise it to the system tray by pressing the down arrow button or leave the app running showing just the progess bar and the cpu time.
