agent is idle

I am getting the following message
Agent is idle due to device profile
Well this machine profile look the same as my other device profiles that are running. What could be wrong?

In your device profile are the radio buttons ticked from Sunday through to Saturday for days always on? Can you make sure that the custom execution time is set from 12AM (0:00) to 12AM (0:00)

Is this PC's time set to a time when you have selected in your device profile for the task not to run?

Apart from the above I would suggest a reinstall of the application.

One other problem that we have seen recently is that this happens if you have not set the profile to use enough disk space. The device profile screen allows you to set the allocated disk space to a level lower then what the agent actually requires. We are in the process of resolving that now. In the meantime, make sure that you allocate at least 50 MB of disk space.

Let us know if either suggestion works.
