UD Agent and BOINC Agent in parallel ??

UD Agent and BOINC Agent in parallel ??

I have installed the UD Agent and now newly the BOINC Agent in parallel (just for fun). They use around the half of the idle time.
I'll switch at the end to one of them.

Now my question:

Are the working on the same or on different workunits ? If this would be different WU's than I can get around the 1 WU at a time and I can be longer offline.

Any information about ?

Re: UD Agent and BOINC Agent in parallel ??

In general, UD and BOINC are working on the same work units. They don't work on exactly the same ones since they wouldn't validate correctly because they do the calculations slightly differently.

If you want to get more than 1 WU:

For UD: Search the forum (or web) for UDMon.
For BOINC: Search the forum, there have been many discussions about this.
