 Anyone still using the United Devices Application, will note a daily drop in results due to a new built in Throttle Feature that has been added to the latest version This Feature is set to throttle back your CPU to around 70% and requires you to adjust it back to 100% if everything is currently working OK Alternatively please consider switching to BOINC as this would help us to stay competitive Guys Thanks Graham [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jun 29, 2006 7:26:19 AM] |

Morning Graham - our stats over at Free-DC seem to be OK, as are a few others I've looked at - seems it's just yours for some reason?
Maybe its because you have so many members and they can't cope  |

Oh - p.s. - We very nearly went to sudden-death penalties with Italy in the world cup (Soccer). That would have been a buzz and a great achievement for the Socceroos! Matt, You did get further than ever before though?? Truly cruel blow at the last minute.... Paul. Hi Paul - blame the Ref! Hey folks - I just wanted to say that our Cappy has been helping me with some graphics for a charity race I am involved with.
----------------------------------------Like anything graphical, we have been through about 5 revisions as new bits of infomation come from the sports kit company about production limitations and costs etc. So, not only is the Boss on here doing tons of work, but he is helping others like me behind the scenes as well! The guy deserves a medal - or at least a beer!  Graham - for me it doesnt matter - but thanks a million on behalf of the all the kids we are raising money for!! Seems like there is a problem with point validation and backed-up queues with the boinc client? Am I better to stay with the UD client for now, or have those issues been resolved? How do I adjust the throttle feature for the UD client? I didn't see anything on the settings page. Sorry, I'm sure the info is in there somewhere but I just don't have time to dig at the moment... |

Graham, which client will give MOT the most points, boinc or UD? Seems like there is a problem with point validation and backed-up queues with the boinc client? Am I better to stay with the UD client for now, or have those issues been resolved? BOINC will give MOT the most points I have been running FAAH for the last 4 months under BOINC and it has been exceptionally stable HPF2 started recently, however I was getting a lot of errors and inconclusive results, so I opted out and went back to running FAAH exclusively until the bugs are worked out of HPF2 My recomendation would be to run BOINC, processing FAAH only for the time being and I will email you when it appears to be stable and you can then choose to include it at your discression Thanks for dropping by Sir!How do I adjust the throttle feature for the UD client? Hi AdySorry I am so late in responding to your message mate, real busy day today We are not having much luck with Free-DC Stats Maybe its because you have so many members and they can't cope  I only wish a few more of them were contributing to the TeamWe average between 85 to 115 members returning daily results We have over 130 members that have quit crunching completely |

Hi GuysThank you for all the support and kind words that you have posted regarding my efforts with stats banners and certificates This is my busy time of the year in the watch business so it is becoming increasing more difficult to find the time to keep on top of all this stuff Please forgive me if I miss a name of forget to post a Certificate in a timely fashion Just leave a message in this thread if you need your banner updated or are missing a well earned Certificate Thanks for sticking with MOT Guys |
