I would like to have answer to the following questions:
1. Which is the name and the sequence of the protein my computer is folding? 2. Which is the (either human- or bacterium-) gene coding the polypeptide my computer is folding? 3. I returned several results, apparently different from one another, but it seems to me that the different Work Units were about the same protein. Is it true? Can you explain to me what is the undoubtedly existing rationale for this? 4. The computing time to reach 100% ranges from 15 hours to 60 hours. What is this difference accounted for? Questions 1. and 2. ask for a revision of the Rosetta program in order to add captions. It would be more satisfactory to know the name of the gene and the protein one helped to know better. Question 3. suggests me that the main contributor to a given protein should be allowed to give a nickname to it. It would be nice and motivating.
