CPU time accurate?

I have notice with my anti-virus running, that my rosetta process is getting only 1% of CPU time, but the task CPU time seems to be clocking away, even though, according to task manager -- it isnt getting enough CPU to even heartbeat.

Anybody else see this?

yeah, the CPU time counter definitely isn't accurate, it seems to be counting running time, not the actual CPU time
