Hello !!
I have some old device profiles that I'd like to delete because I don't use them anymore. Is it possible and, if yes, how do I do it ? Thank you in advance ! Duanra |

You can't do that. Fortunately, you don't need to. After a while, inactive devices won't be shown in your device list. You can change this using the drop-downs provided on the device manager page.
An upcoming update to the stats system will also only show active devices. |

I have never done this before.
I had an old UD device profile named testtime that I had created to test device scheduling. I clicked on My Grid - Device Manager - Device Profile and edited Testtime. At the bottom, I had 3 choices: Delete, Cancel and Save. I chose Delete. It asked me if I was sure I wanted to delete the profile and reset any devices with that profile to : (drop down menu starting with Default). I clicked on Save (meaning yes), and the profile was instantly deleted from the website. Lawrence |

Oh, we're talking about custom UD device profiles? Of course we are. In that case, ignoring my previous post is probably the way to go.
