I checked Community supported FAQs. the closest to my problem was "Can members have multiple PC's participating on the project?" This is in line with my rememberance from UD days.
I installed a new system. ID is IBM-2A70B86986F. It has returned 3 or 4 units. I thought I used flawill as the user name. However, when I sign in all I get is the data on the other 2 devices. I quess I am even precluded from forming a team until this device's owner is established. I believe I know the password I used. Any thoughts would be welcomed. Thanks Frank. |

Perhaps you are only looking at the last couple of week's worth of devices registered, which is the default. Change your device manager picklist to
----------------------------------------Installed/Registered Device: anytime (all devices) or With Result(s) Returned: anytime (all devices) This is useful for checking for duplicate names, since names must all be unique for all devices for a member. If that doesn't pick up all of your devices, then it could be that part of them were registered by another membername. When you register a new device, remember to say that you are already a member.

The user summary for "flawill" shows you have only installed 2 devices under that name.
So, on this other device open up the agent window and look in the "Member Information" box. The username you used to register the device is there at the top. You may want to reregister the device under the "flawill" name, for ease of management. As far as I know, the only way to do this is to uninstall and reinstall the agent. |

It appears that you do have two member names (two names with the same email address). I would do as Didactylos recommends and uninstall the agent, then reinstall. When registering after the reinstall, make sure to put in 'flawill' and your password, and check the box that says you are an existing user. |
