Delete old device profiles ?

Hello !!

I have some old device profiles that I'd like to delete because I don't use them anymore.
Is it possible and, if yes, how do I do it ?

Thank you in advance !

You can't do that. Fortunately, you don't need to. After a while, inactive devices won't be shown in your device list. You can change this using the drop-downs provided on the device manager page.

An upcoming update to the stats system will also only show active devices.

Re: Delete old device profiles ?

I have never done this before.

I had an old UD device profile named testtime that I had created to test device scheduling. I clicked on My Grid - Device Manager - Device Profile and edited Testtime. At the bottom, I had 3 choices: Delete, Cancel and Save. I chose Delete. It asked me if I was sure I wanted to delete the profile and reset any devices with that profile to : (drop down menu starting with Default). I clicked on Save (meaning yes), and the profile was instantly deleted from the website.

Oh, we're talking about custom UD device profiles? Of course we are. In that case, ignoring my previous post is probably the way to go.
