I think it is too harsh to comment that the MOT home page is 100% inaccessable noting that it is just a start.

 Hi GuysHere is a revision of my first effort for the Website Front Page I have reduced the size down to 980x685 to fit comfortably on a monitor using 1024x768 screen resolution I have compressed the image down from 195k to 70k I have added some WCG project info and I have lightened the overall effect I have removed all the text in the boxes to enable Spikey to add it independantly of the background image Here is a link to view: My Latest Website Front Page MyOnlineTeam Members comments are welcome![Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Mar 26, 2006 8:42:33 PM] |

Hi Guys It would seem that the goal of just wanting to process Work Units for the World Community Grid is becoming more and more difficult to obtain due to unsolicited comments from people outside of our team The object of having a team is to bring like minded people together to acomplish this goal, in an effort to make it more fun Our Team Forum was set up to extend our capabilities to communicate with each other and share ideas We have now chosen to have a Team Website to enable us to publish news, stats, and member info, primarily for the benefit of our members We are attempting to design it to cater to our members needs initially If people outside of our team choose to visit our Team Website, they are very welcome Why am I getting so much unsolicited interference from people outside of our team when the website is not even complete yet? I did not post a message in the Chat room asking for comments or advice from people All my comments are confined to our team thread for the benefit of our members Our Website is for the benefit of MOT members and does not or should not concern others I have Didactylos giving us unsolicited advice I have David Autumns jumping on the bandwagon and backing him up I have MLCBA tossing cheap shots at me when our day to day team effort is none of his business If you have the inclination, to help to direct our efforts, then please join our team and your voice will be heard Thanks |

Looks like Nelsoc will have some work to do in this thread . . . .
I think the rest of us would appreciate it if MOT would keep their thread child-friendly; having your captain, who is also a 'community advisor', use foul language does nothing to promote your team or WCG in general.  |

Would you please mind pointing out where I used foul language in this thread Post No 250 and quoted in post 251 by DA. The rules are very strict here at WCG, which you of all people should know. |
