23% done at 8 hours

Hello,
Am running a Roaetta W/U presently.Have reached 8 hours with only 23% finished.
Am wanting to "turf" this W/U because, every Rosey W/U I run is not longer than
10 Hours.Is there w/u from WCG that have 24 hour w/u?
Thanking you in advance for any advice

Sincerely
Doug W

Re: 23% done at 8 hours

Exceptionally long work units do happen now and then. One of my members had one that took a week.

You will receive points proportional to the length of time it takes, so there's nothing to worry about.

No time is being wasted ... wink

Even a few WU that do fail serve to better our knowledge ... and you still get a credit for them too. smile

Re: 23% done at 8 hours

smile Thanks Muckshifter,

I run Rosey already so,have signed up for fighting Aids @ Home.Looks as though
this present W/U may reach about 24 hours.Owaa wink thats a biggy,as long as I can
help, thats all that matters. Also think WCG is cool cool seeing as it began as a Linux
app. That alone has a place in my heart. When I learned about F.A.A.H. tryed
signing-up,but,only 3 from my team so far are members. This is a wonderful chance to crunch for F.A.A.H.
This P.C. was upgraded to 756 RAM just for Rosey, and a much missed XtremeLabs
out of the University of Paris. laughing you got 200 10 minute w/u,at 5 points per w/u.It was
a Linux only app.Regarding "points",they are not important to me.What is ,is just being
able to help."Volunteering" is satifying. If but 1 life is affected, saved, that would be wonderful.
biggrin Thank-You all for the "very quick" response to my question.
Sincerely
Doug Worrall
