I have 7 devices listed and they do not show updates..My newist is Brian8250 Yet I it is not posted ??? Can u Help.. The device also is running the aids task and I want to change to change to the other project with this machine..HELP I have tried all the normal routine..on the website and have uninstalled and reinstalled...No good

Hello dprobkw,
I searched for Statistics for dprobkw and did not find any. If you are running FightAIDS@Home work units, then you should be able to choose HPF for a particular computer by using Device Manager to create a named profile (named something other than 'default'). Once you have saved the new Device Profile specifying HPF only, you can assign it to Brian8250. Just what do you mean by 'they do not show updates'? mycrofth |

Your device won't post points until it returns a result and until the next stats update is complete on the web site. If your device is having problems returning results, perhaps you have a firewall or something which is not letting the agent make an outgoing connection to our servers. Are you using any firewall? What message does the agent window show at the bottom? If it says "Primary task is executing" it is still processing the work unit. |
