Hello.
I tried to send a message via the "Contact Us" page and received ===== [ServletException in:/contact_us.jsp] Exception thrown by getter for property problemTypeList of bean org.apache.struts.taglib.html.BEAN' ===== at https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/processContactUs.do Please fix the website so i can send my real message/question which is "how do i reduce the amount of memory the program takes on my Window$ box? It's just hogging everything and i can't get my work done. Otherwise, thank you. |

I was just successful in sending a message via "Contact Us'. Give it another try and see if it is working for you. If not, post back here and I am sure one of the Techs or Community Admins will work with it. |

If you're still there, can you tell us what language you OS is in, and also what language your browser is in, and what type of browser it is (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera...)? Thanks! nelsoc |

And in response to you actual question, there is no way to reduce the amount of memory the program uses. You can change the amount of CPU that it uses - instructions here.
Also check the system requirements. If you are close to the minimum, especially for RAM, then there is probably a lot of memory being written to and read from the hard disk. This is the most likely cause of the slowdown. |
