every time i try to join a team the site lose s my sign in and it want let join a team cause of that please help

When you sign in, can you go to My Grid - Device Manager - Device Statistics and see how your most recent computer installation is doing? mycrofth |

its ok i reinstall its just been a lot a time since i reinstall the program in my computer

It has been 447+ hour since Statistics shows a result from you. Are you sure that this is OK? You might want to reinstall, being sure to check the 'Previous Member' box when you sign in. Then see if you can join a team.
