Hello everyone.. Question?? 50%

It's been a little over a year since I've ran the UD client, and it's good to be back. biggrin

I have a new 3.2C running w/hyperthreading enabled? I have no unecessary background processes running, but my CPU utilization is only 50%.

How do I run 100%. Can I run two clients? It would be nice if UD would create a multithreaded app.

Anyway, thanks ahead of time for any responses.

Hi, wecome to the project. In this case multithreading would be of no use. You will use 100% of computing power on 1 work unit. BUT, if you have another machine to bring on line, you might be able to shut the heat off in that room.

Re: Hello everyone.. Question?? 50%

So would it be better to turn off hyperthreading, and use 1 logical CPU at 100%??? or should I leave HT on running at 50%
