How does the 'Multiple Team Comparison' feature work?

I just joined, having transferred over from the Entropy program for FightAIDS@Home. I am currently only a one-man team, but I am working hard to rally a lot of friends to join me, and I want to beat the U.S. Army team. That is exactly what I have challenged my friends to do. So far I have points attributed to me and also to my team "HomeBrewers", but when I went to "Multiple Team Comparison" and entered both my team name and the name of the other team -- U.S. Army -- it displayed only the stats for the latter. It would be good to be able to see our progress compared to them.

Am I doing something wrong? The page appears to allow a user to compare as many as eight teams, which will be great if it works.

Thanks for any help.

Re: How does the 'Multiple Team Comparison' feature work?

Hello billvelek,
I just tested it. I typed in 'My Online Team' and 'IBM'. It displayed IBM only. Then I typed 'MyOnlineTeam' and IBM. I got both teams. Then I added 'EasyNews' and got all 3, though it listed the team as 'Easynews'. So it forgives capital letter mistakes. You can use this to look at any team, you do not have to enter multiple teams. Just be sure to get the team name correct.

Bill --

Good luck with your team. You need to get a thread going over in the Teams forum and do some recruiting. I haven't heard from any other home brewers, but I am sure there are a few out there. I would love to join your team, but I've been pretty established where I am for almost a year now. Here's a recent shot of my PC behind a pint of ale I recently brewed (it's sure nice that there is a Bell's Brewery out there making pint glasses with my name on them -- LOL):

On the monitor it looks like the forum at Midwest Brewing and Winemaking Supplies.
