I'm getting increasingly frustrated because this project doesn't have an online results database like the other BOINC projects do. That system gives you definite knowledge that your returned results have been received by the projects servers, or even if your machine threw an error in processing.
As it stands, I'm just about to abandon the project because I've turned in several WUs so far, (the first was around 4 days ago) but there is absolutely no indication I've done anything on the "My Grid" page. I don't know if the results are getting lost in the transfer somewhere, whether my machine is spewing gunk, nothing...  Please note, this is not an "I'm not getting any credit" post. It's simply an "I need conformation" post. |

Are you running BOINC on Linux or Windows? Right now, there are a limited number of machines with BOINC on Windows, as a consequence, the results for Windows machines take longer to validate and show up in the My Grid section. We are working on making statistical reporting improvements to the site in the coming months. Hopefully these changes will address your need for confirmation. |

Hi Heffed,
One of our Community Admins recently posted a similar message about his BOINC Windows installation. The work units are configured for OS so he has to wait forever until they are validated by the few other members also running the BOINC Windows client. This will speed up with more members. No promises about when the results page will be programmed, but knreed says that it is a priority. mycrofth |

I can guarantee as more users start running this project, they are going to want some indication that their machine is actually doing something. Especially those long time users of other BOINC projects that are used to being able to see this information. I realize that as more users run Windows, credit will be granted quicker, but again, that is not the issue. Surely it's not too difficult to add some type of simple "WUs received... XX.
