Is there a way to prevent the Grid application from displaying graphics in screensaver mode?
SETI@Home had this feature when I was using it and I'd like to take advantage of it here as well if there's a way... It really does make a difference (from what I saw using SETI) as far as processing work units goes. |

Hi tpeluso,
I interpret your question differently. You only need to run the screen saver if you choose to run the grid agent in screen saver-only mode. Otherwise you can select another screen saver or select 'blank' the way that I do to maximize my productive computing. mycrofth |

Good catch Microfth. Tpeluso -- just so you don't think I am crazy, there is a "screensaver mode" available (which none of us would recommend) in which the application will only run when the screensaver is activated and that mode requires the graphic for the project.
