I've gotten the MCM "Tasks are committed to other platforms" message for a while. The last WU I got was 2025-04-01 15:55:16 UTC

The ONLY WU's I have received are two RESENDS (i.e., _2 or higher) about 38 minutes ago and 10 minutes ago.

I've gotten a few MCM resends, but nothing new. I'd like another official update about what they are working on. Is the old hardware still needing band aids? how is the new software?

Lucky You, I haven't seen any at all since Saturday, got 5, all completed , 3 still Pending Validation and 2 Valid but not reported!

I'd been elsewhere, so I hadn't noticed until this morning - otherwise I might have been posting not long after Grumpy Swede's Sahara comment! (Last new work at 17:24:54 UTC on 2025-04-01; one solitary retry task since then...) Unfortunately, I'm not accepting work from my primary fallback site at present, so my systems get a rest :-)

I agree with Unixchick that some more up-to-date information on the state of the equipment and what they are doing at present would be nice. I'm guessing that the current disruption is a repeat of some previous issues that were explained, but it's unclear whether repeats were still expected.

What I find a little disconcerting on this occasion is that the current problem might/should have been known to WCG staff early afternoon their time, but if they were aware I can't find any evidence (here or elsewhere). I hope the only problems they are having are technical...
