Boinc manager doesn't work anymore since my update to Mac OS Sequoia 15.2 (24C101)

On the website you can download Boinc manager, but is still a file from 2011, so I suppose they need an update for the newer Mac OS ?

Current BOINC manager rev for Mac is 8.0.2, downloadable here:

Should work OK.
