Hi. I was on the World Community Grid for several years and took a break in June 2023. Now I have a new Windows computer and have reconnected. I see that I have new validated contributions but they do not appear under my username. The username information stops in June 2023. Also, the device lists shows an old laptop that has been replaced and not the new Windows 11 computer.
Somehow I am up and running but my current activity is not connected to my old username. Do I have two accounts, one old and one new? Do I have two user names? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. |

if you logged in with the same email address and password as before, the system should have merged your accounts - and by you comments you indicate that your previous activity is visible under your login.
As to new (i.e., current activity) that usually shows up in two phases: 1st - the information on WUs (Work Units) should appear under the MY CONTRIBUTION -> RESULTS virtually right away. 2nd - OVERVIEW - ACTIVITY and DEVICES usually take several days to a week before they automatically show up. SOMETIMES, it may take human intervention (by the tech team) to get them shown. Welcome back! |

Not sure its going to do any good to contact tech . They lost my acc some how . Its not even showing up on team , I joined 30 Dec 2011 . I have sent emails and messages got nothing . Had to make a new acc. so my Cross-project ID: is not the same as old one . I get to see old badges but non of the new one unless I log into WCG . . Wishing you better luck then I am having .
