I just downloaded BOINC from the official BOINC website and installed it. When I selected WCG from the list of projects I wanted to join there was the usual legal boilerplate for software installs, only one problem, EVERYTHING referred to IBM and the boilerplate was all about protecting IBM from any and all possible claims. No mention of Krembil at all. (yes I am probably the only person who ever actually reads that stuff )

IANAL, but I seriously think Krembil should speak with Berkley to get the boilerplate on their standard build amended to Krembil's name instead of IBM
