Hi. I'm considering buying an Apple Silicon Macbook. I wondered if it was suitable for crunching. Can it handle the heat? Does it throttle much?

Hi. I'm considering buying an Apple Silicon Macbook. I wondered if it was suitable for crunching. Can it handle the heat? Does it throttle much? Thank you I do not own one of these, but word of mouth has it, they are too thin to adequately dissipate the heat when run at 100%. Apparently if you only run a couple of instances (threads) they can be quite efficient. Cheers
