Request for full BOINC Functionallity through Website

I know this has been mentioned before but now BOINC is working with Linux & Windows on WCG can we now have a fully functional BOINC website similar to that of CPDN where the BOINC pages are linked into there main pages, this would make it easier for us to tweak our preference and general workings of BOINC

Re: Request for full BOINC Functionallity through Website

Halifax--lad,

Can you clarify what features you are looking for that exist on the CPDN site?

We already have the ability for you to set your global and project preferences. You can find this at this link:

http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/device/viewProfiles.do

We are planning on implement the result status page (at CPDN this is at http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/results.php?userid=XXXXX).

Beyond those features what else is it that you like at CPDN that you are hoping to find here?

thanks,
Kevin

What I'd very much like to see is teams XML export and the BOINC WAP-thing. I don't know if teams are in your BOINC database, but that would definately be a very big plus for us BOINC'ers wink

Re: Request for full BOINC Functionallity through Website

Hello Bruno G. Olsen,
We intend to implement the complete BOINC system. Right now we have enough done to start working with. When I mentioned the XML Team Stats along with other things as a priority when I was replying to a post, knreed made a post saying that the XML Team Stats were a lower priority. So it looks as though they will be implemented last (or nearly so).

Looking at the brighter side of things, when the BOINC XML Team Stats finally go online, we will know that everything is done.

Re: Request for full BOINC Functionality through Website

Any update on the implementation of WAP access for stats? I have read around in the forum but can see nothing as yet to say it has come in to use as yet
