Unable to see my device in the Devices tab.

For some reason, I am not able to see my Macbook Pro in the Devices tab of my profile page. However, I do see the workunits that my computer has completed if I go to the Results tab. For example, this workunit displays just fine in my Results tab, and is even set to Valid. How can I make my computer appear in the Devices tab?

EDIT: If it helps, my "Computer ID" as it appears in the Properties window for WCG is 8795523

On the devices page make sure you look under the "install date" option and click "anytime all devices".

Hm, I tried doing this, but even setting both the "Last result returned" and "install date" filters to "anytime all device", my device still doesn't appear in the table.

Do you perhaps have another account where your results may be appearing ?

Edit: I also see you just joined on Jan 20, so it may take a couple of days for all the databases to properly populate. If your machine does not show up in a couple of days, notify WCG under the contact setting at the bottom of the overview page.

Hi a2aaron,

As Sgt.Joe mentioned, when a device is first added, it might take a couple of days for it to appear on your profile. If your device is still missing, you can post the host ID in the Missing Devices thread or you can send it to us using the contact form that Sgt.Joe described.
