New Team / Team change not seeing on Clients or external Stats-Sides
Hello WCG-Team,

We have created a new team (called NoTEAM ) .

All new Team-Members now see on their clients no Teamname, it's only blank or spaces.

How can this be fixed ?

It's good to see that your team NoTEAM already chalked up more than 300 days of computing (runtime).

TeamFounder is a Dummy-Account, that we only use for Group-Founder-Status and it is used on all projects. If times come that I stop crunching, I can handover Team-Management very easy.

So, TeamFounder-Account will stay with Zero-Credits, take my stats for comparison

Comparing your stats ...

It sounds like a problem in the BOINC Manager, although that may be unlikely.
What BOINC manager version(s) are you using on the problematic device(s)?

In any case your new team is accumulating points, that's the good news, but you might want to report your problem to TigerLily.

I forwarded this issue to a member of the tech team. Could you please provide further clarification of where the team name is missing? Would it be possible to provide a screenshot to help the tech team identify the source of this issue?

The TeamName is missing in client_state.xml.

From an actual client inside client_state.xml:

    <team_name></team_name>          <== Here is the TeamName missing

Manni_CI16... to Manni_CI19... are older clients that haven'd connect to the project for quite a long time, but they are fine to show how it was before I changed my team:

The FormularBoinc2024-Season starts at 28 Febr. 2024 and I would like to see my team in RacePosition.

In 2023 my Teammates and me made round about 77% of the Totalcredit of our old team and we would really like to make a good fight in 2024

But for this we need the export of our Team-Credits
