Well this is a new one????

I have a unit on my notebook that has been stuck on 98% for over 24 hours and the client interface buttons don't work, nor the unit timer????

The odd thing is that the rig hasn't crashed so if it is a dodgy unit or whatever....why has it not aborted????

Shame cos it's over 100 hours wasted....c'est la vie.

Just installed a win update so rebooting...perhaps the unit will then go south.

Ho hum

When you re-boot, the agent should pick up from the most recent checkpoint. If it appears to be stuck again, bring up the Task Manager and see if WCGrid_Rosetta.exe is picking up the available processor time on your system. There might have been a loop in a higher priority process on your system, but I think you would have been locked out had that been the case. Let us know how it goes after your re-boot.

Best regards,

Re: Well this is a new one????

Unit completed and returned........completed a lil while after the reboot.
No idea what upset it as the rig just crunches......no unnecessary processes running.

Just put it down as a glitch and see how the next one goes.
She has returned a few hundred without incident so hopefully just a one-off.
