I agree. All the IBM personnel involved with WCG earned lots of badges, so they were familiar with the problems we were reporting.

It's disappointing when the community liaisons aren't drawn from the community, don't appear to volunteer once they're here, and disappear as soon as they're no longer paid to post.
Meanwhile we volunteer for free, year after year. |
