Instead of each new admin/moderator having their own username, could you please just use the existing WCGAdmin account? Or at the very least, change your user designation in the left panel to Admin or Moderator. Unless you are a regular user of these boards, there is no indication that Cyclops (and now TigerLily) are officially representing WCG.

After twenty days of crickets, I don't expect any more from Tiger Lily than from the ineffectual Cyclops. |

Ugh, can't even make a simple post on the status of things weekly?
----------------------------------------OPN work just came few a few days out of no where and then just stopped out of no where. No communication. You don't want comments back then make a post with updates and lock the thread, but at least post so users know. This is just getting ridiculous anymore. And they wonder why users are leaving WCG and not coming back lol. |

Hi supdood, Sorry for the late response and thanks for the recommendation. I have forwarded this to a member of the tech team who is seeing if they can add this designation to my profile. |

Tiger Lily: The other thing you should do is put BOINC on your system(s) and actually crunch some work units. It will get some work done and give you experience in the user perspective.
----------------------------------------This reminds me of a story I heard many years ago (maybe it was from Lee Iacocca when he started at Chrysler). He assembled his executive employees and told them to look out into the executive parking lot. He asked them to describe the makes and models of the cars parked there. Some were made by Chrysler, but many were made by competitors. He said they needed to believe in their product and support it. He expected the next time he had them look out the window, the entire lot would have cars made by Chrysler. The point is you need to be an active supporter of the product and show that support by participating just like the rest of the workers (volunteers). Cheers Edit:spelling

I strongly agree with Sgt. Joe.
We've had three or four folks in your position who never earned their first badge. Doesn't mean you didn't make a difference behind the scenes, but from a user perspective it looks like a lack of familiarity and a lack of faith in the project. |
