Hi, I joined in February and downloaded BOINC manager and have been receiving and carry out work. My BOINC manager says I have completed 32,546 pieces of work but on My contribution it says "No Results" and in the BOINC manager there is a notice saying "We haven't received any research calculations from you since you joined. This means that your device is not contributing to your selected research project(s) yet.
When I go to Devices in the My Contribution section of this website, there are no devices listed. Any advice gratefully received as it would appear a lot of work has processed but nothing has happened with it and it would be a shame to lose it. Many thanks |

The project is recovering from a hardware failure, we are all waiting to report our completed tasks, see this thread .

The project was completely down for the whole month of March and just over the weekend (no April Fool's joke intended) it partially started working and upload and report WUs, but a lot of work still seems need to be done before it is fully operational again...When I go to Devices in the My Contribution section of this website, there are no devices listed. Any advice gratefully received as it would appear a lot of work has processed but nothing has happened with it and it would be a shame to lose it. Many thanks Ralf |
