Well I'm able to create a new profile and assign it to a device using the 'Device Manager.' However, it does not reflect in the agent that the profile has changed. Any ideas?

It will not be reflected in the agent until you have completed a work unit. During the upload/download process, the new profile will be exchanged.

I read that in the device manager, but I thought there might be a way to force an update. Bummer.
