I added a new device about 3 days ago and it appears to be reporting results but it is not showing up in my device list. I thought this issue has been resolved a while ago. Is it still a problem?

Hi Barry62, this is still an ongoing issue that we are working on fixing. If your device still hasn't been added by the end of the week, feel free to send us a support email (support@worldcommunitygrid.org) with your device’s name & host ID so we can add it manually. |

I added a new device about 3 days ago and it appears to be reporting results but it is not showing up in my device list. I thought this issue has been resolved a while ago. Is it still a problem? There is a new problem right now, as that the validator for the MCM project isn't properly working, with more and more WUs being stuck in PV (Pending Validation). And you simply won't get any credits until that issue is fixed, regardless if the "new device" issue has been resolved or not...Ralf  |

----------------------------------------I'm suffering the same ills. 1) New machine brought online almost a week ago, and not showing in the Devices or Overview pages. [17K Credits accumulated/validated thus far though] 2) Additionally, 117K Credits or roughly 1.3K Results have gone missing a month ago  (Support Ticket #3227). I halted WCG on that particular machine and I'm running a different non-WCG BOINC Project to allow them to not have to fight a moving target until it can be sorted out.They must be overwhelmed with requests at present so I'm just biding my time. I have the same issue. Am seeing results validated but no contribution is showing up - does this also require an email for it to be fixed?
